Welcome to Outfit Memory ("the App"). Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how it is used, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, address, or phone number, and we do not upload your photos or outfit records to our servers. The App does not request or access your precise location.

The App and its advertising provider may access or collect the following:

• Photos and outfit records you create. Photos you take or select, along with any related notes or tags, are stored only on your device. We do not have access to them.
• IP address. Collected automatically by the advertising service when ads are loaded. It may be used to estimate your approximate (general) location, for example to show ads relevant to your region and to comply with local regulations. This is not precise GPS location.
• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID) and other device identifiers, used to serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud.
• App interactions and diagnostic information (e.g., ad views and taps, crash logs, performance data, device model and OS version), used for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention.

2. Device Permissions

To provide its features, the App may request the following permissions:

• Camera: used only when you choose to take a photo of an outfit within the App.
• Photos / Media (Gallery): used only when you choose to select existing photos to add to the App, or to save images to your device.

These permissions are used only for the purposes described above. Photos are processed and stored locally on your device and are never sent to us or to any third party by the App. You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device settings, although some features may then be unavailable.

3. How We Use Information

Information is used solely to:

• Provide the features you request, such as recording and browsing your outfits.
• Display advertisements that help keep the App available, and measure their performance.
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
• Maintain and improve the stability and performance of the App.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

Your photos and outfit records are stored locally on your device. You can delete individual records within the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove the data stored by the App on your device. Because we do not hold copies of your photos or records, we cannot recover them if they are deleted or if your device is lost or reset. We recommend backing up important photos.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you or your device. These services have their own privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob (for advertising)

6. Advertising Choices

You can opt out of personalized advertising or reset your advertising ID at any time in your device settings (on Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads).

7. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or California, you may have the right to access, update, or delete the personal information related to you. Since your photos and outfit records remain on your device, you can exercise control over them directly within the App or by uninstalling it. 8. Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information. Because your photos and records are stored locally, their security also depends on the security of your device. No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take appropriate action.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. You are advised to review this page periodically.
